At TruMedCanada.com we give you the choice of ordering through the following services:

2. Online Orders

OTC Orders
a. Find OTC Medicines here.
b. Add required items to your shopping cart and hit Checkout.
c. Make your payment on the Payment Page using either Visa or MasterCard and hit Confirm.
d. If you were successfully charged, you will be taken to a Success page. Otherwise the transaction error will appear
in red below the Confirm button. Make the necessary changes and try again.
e. Note your new Invoice Id and quote it to us for any future references. You are done!
f. When your order is shipped out, you will receive a shipped confirmation email. Please allow 12-15 business days for your package to reach you.

RX Orders
a. Find RX Medicines here.
b. Add required items to your shopping cart and hit Checkout.
c. You will be asked to fill in a patient profile form. Please have your doctor's name and phone number handy.
d. Make your payment on the Payment Page using either Visa or MasterCard and hit Confirm.
e. If you were successfully charged, you will be taken to a Success page. Otherwise the transaction error will appear
in red below the Confirm button. Make the necessary changes and try again.
f. Note your new Invoice Id and quote it to us for any future references.
g. Mail in your prescription at our mailing address mentioned below.
h. Once we receive your RX, our doctor will co-sign it for the required amount and fill your RX.
i. When your order is shipped out, you will receive a shipped confirmation email. Please allow 12-15 business days for your package to reach you.
