HEARTGARD PLUS (CHEWABLE)

The recommended dosage of Heartgard Plus is 1 tablet a month.

Heartgard Plus is used for the treatment and prevention of heart worms, hook worms and round worms in dogs.

• Heartgard Plus should be given to dogs who are 6 weeks or older.
• This medicine should be kept out of reach of children

• All dogs should be tested for existing heartworm infection before starting treatment with HEARTGARD.
• Care should be taken to see that the dog consumes the complete dose.
• This medicine can also be taken by pregnant and lactating bitches.

Heartgard is used to prevent heat worms and to treat and control roundworms and hook worms in dogs of all breed. It eliminates the heartworm larvae and prevents the infection. It is available in the form of a chewable tablet made of beef.

There are no possible drug interactions with this medicine.

Only 1 chewable tablet should be removed and given to the dog. This medicine should be given at monthly intervals over a year.
