Tenoret is a combination drug containing 50 mg (milligrams) of Atenolol and 12.5 mg (milligrams) of Chlortalidone. which is a thiazide diuretic. Atenolol is a beta-blocking agent used primarily in the treatment of angina pectoris and hypertension. Chlorthalidone helps by flushing out more than the usual amount of water from the kidneys. Tenoret is available in the form of film coated tablets.
